How long we keep information

  • Identification Documents - Photocopies of identification documents (e.g., passports, driving licenses) are retained only for the duration of the contract to verify identity. These copies are securely deleted within 30 days after termination, unless required for a legal or insurance purpose. We may retain a note confirming that your ID was verified, without keeping the full document.

  • CCTV Footage - CCTV recordings are retained for approximately 30–90 days for security purposes. If footage is needed to investigate an incident, for legal proceedings, or for insurance claims, it may be retained for longer. All footage is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel.

  • Access Logs - Records of gate or access system activity are retained for up to 12 months unless required longer to investigate a security incident or legal dispute.

  • General Principle - All other personal data is deleted when no longer required for operational, legal, or regulatory purposes. We regularly review the data we hold to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and securely deleted when no longer needed.
